Abstract
Abstraction is the essence of programming, and abstraction skills are important even beyond programming. However, learning to abstract is hard. Could we provide pedagogical supports that help learners to gain and improve “abstraction skills”, focusing on the essence of “abstraction”? And could we do so with minimal prerequisites?
